The Administration Officer is a key post within BAC’s administration team. We are looking for a confident, experienced Administration Officer to support our Administration and HR Manager and Organisational Coach, as well as to deliver the day to day administration of the organisation. You will support several projects including Staffing, 21st Century Organisation, Infrastructure & Technical, Data Capture Analysis and Reporting, Health & Safety, and Cook Up Programme & Home. A major part of the role will be focussed on day to day HR, IT and H&S support and will require someone who can take lead if needed in all these areas. You will also support the Administration and HR Manager by coordinating and liaising with the producing team on funding returns, data collection, and artist, freelance and performer contracts.
