This central London based agency is on the hunt for an art director/digital designer. They are a friendly and engaging group who have big creative ideas and fun while they implement them. They are looking for an outgoing and motivated person who wants to grow in the agency and take on responsibility! They are looking for someone to develop a brand and build sales materials.

The role for the art director/ digital designer:

The AD will have ideas that are ‘intelligent, innovative, engaging and, above all, humanly relevant’
To develop those ideas and work as part of a team with a Copywriter
To support the role of Copywriter. This means staying involved in the copywriting, having an opinion and voicing it (politely!)
To support the Creative Director in maintaining quality and building the agency’s creative reputation
To contribute to the creative briefing process, challenging the brief and working with creative colleagues and the account team to improve quality
To work with creative colleagues when creating concepts for pitches
To develop pitch materials to a high quality and with an eye for design.
To brief other creative colleagues on pitch work to help out
if needed as well as out-sourcing any other help. And to oversee that work and make sure that is in keeping with the ‘big idea’ for the pitch
To contribute to the creative briefing process, challenging the brief and working with creative colleagues and the account team to improve quality.
To develop a distinctive vision for each campaign and, with the support of creative colleagues, see that vision through each stage of production.
To negotiate quotes with external creative suppliers that work within budgets with the account team.
To take responsibility of photo shoots – Choose and organise location, castings wardrobe etc
To understand how different channels can be used to create brand awareness
To ensure that all projects are delivered in a creative, accurate, timely and cost effective manner at all times
To present and sell the creative idea internally and to clients and to talk intelligently, engagingly and confidently as to why the concept is on strategy and on brief.
