We’re seeking an awesomely talented Creative Director to join our Republic Wireless Marketing Team. Do you want your work to make a major dent in the world? Entrepreneur Magazine named us the “Disrupter of the Year” and CNET has called our technology “a game changer”. Yeah, we’ve got some mojo but it’s time to go next level with our brand design.

That’s where you will come into play. As our Creative Director you’ll have the chance to help us develop and maintain a consistent brand identity that is true to our vision and compelling to consumers. You will be responsible for crafting our visual language, maintaining the design of our web-site, developing BIG IDEA creative executions across web, social, email, & retail that propel us forward, and leading a team of in-house and freelance designers. You will report directly to our VP of Branding & Advertising and will work alongside a passionate group of marketers to help solve complex business problems in simple, consumer-friendly ways.

We’re looking for someone who has experience building strong and visually engaging Web 2.0 brands. Beautiful & elegant designs like what you find with Uberconference, Oyster Books, Simple Bank, Nest, & OnlyCoin should make you swoon. You’re someone with a clean, modern, & simple design aesthetic. You should be comfortable pitching campaign ideas based on a brief and iterating on them swiftly. You’re someone who is constantly redesigning things in your head, looking for ways to make a bigger impact, reduce friction, and improve user experiences. Oh, and you should be fun to work with, because you love what you do, right?

Required Skills:

Significant experience creating highly-effective brand communications, especially on the digital/web/e-commerce side of things. Responsive design focus is a must.
Comfortable taking a brief, coming up with several ideas, pitching them, and iterating on them based on candid feedback. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Experience planning and executing creative campaigns, from start to finish.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time. Highly organized.
You’re a Jedi with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator).
An understanding of the importance of data collection and analysis (i.e. using Google Analytics, Optimizely A/B testing platform, etc) to constantly gather feedback and refine designs.
Desire to stay informed and knowledgeable about the latest in branding, design, & technology. You look for inspiration everywhere.
