Access all areas: Access and Take Part Coordinator

Access All Areas are currently recruiting for a full time role to work in our small, friendly team in our office in Hoxton.

The Access and Take Part Coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering a system that co-ordinates support for our participants and artists with learning disabilities. They will also help lead the delivery of our Take Part programme of creative workshops for adults with learning disabilities.

You will be a self-starter, experienced in setting up systems, project delivery and administration. You will have strong people-skills and awareness or experience of person-centred planning and the circles of support approach.

Candidates with experience of the theatre and/or charity sector is a plus. We positively encourage applications from a diverse pool of candidates including disabled individuals who meet the person specification.
